At a time when our community is under attack, riding together is a powerful reminder: we are stronger united.

EXPLORE THE ROUTE

We’ve developed a route that reflects the heart of Center Ride Out: safety first and breathtaking SoCal scenery. This route delivers a point-to-point experience (with surprises and fun along the route) you won’t find anywhere else!

Day 1: LA to Ojai

Arrive at the starting line with your gear bag ready for drop-off. Grab coffee and breakfast, get in a good stretch, and join us for a short program to ground ourselves in the incredible fundraising efforts you’ve made possible. On April 23, we roll out! We’ll ride from Los Angeles’ urban streets through scenic canyon climbs, all the way to your queer summer camp: Basecamp at Lake Casistas in Ojai. Highlights on the route include rest stops where you can refuel and recover, a lunch stop with food provided by the Los Angeles LGBT Center's culinary program (if you don't know, then get familiar!), and more.

Day 2: Choose Your Adventure

Day 2 is all about choosing your own adventure. You can take a full rest day and enjoy the summer-camp energy at Lake Casistas— massage and medical services, arts and crafts, camp olympics, drag camp counselors, a DJ and dance party, and plenty of time to relax and connect with the community. Or, if you’d prefer to ride, we’ll have two loop options: a mellow 30-mile scenic ride or a 62.1-mile route with rolling hills and wide-open landscapes. Whether you rest, ride, or do a little of both, Day 2 meets you exactly where you are.

Day 3: Ojai to LA

Day 3 is a ride that begins on quiet, rolling backcountry roads before carrying you through the Malibu coast. From there, you’ll reach some of the most beautiful coastal miles we could find before riding the final stretch to the Finish Line, where we’ll welcome you home with a block-party finish.

LIFE AT CAMP

After each day’s ride, you’ll arrive at Camp—your home base for rest, connection, and outrageous fun! Picture dinners shared under the stars, community programming that brings people together, and that unmistakable queer summer camp energy.
